AI delivery control plane · Azure DevOps native · You own the data

Turn every signal into shipped work.

Delivery Loop collects feedback from Teams, email, docs and in-app, turns it into scored, estimated stories you prioritize in one screen, then hands them to coding agents — all synced to Azure DevOps while your data stays yours.

Everything, connected

One control plane for delivery

From the first piece of feedback to the shipped commit — captured, prioritized, and synced.

Feedback, any source

Connect a Teams channel, monitor a support inbox, drop in docs or free text, or capture in-app feedback. New sources plug in as you grow.

AI writes the backlog

Signals become scored, estimated user stories with open questions flagged. Chatting with the assistant seeds stories too — no manual triage.

One prioritize queue

A mobile-friendly card view opens on the pending queue — set P1–P4, answer questions inline, and move on. What needs you is always front and center.

Built by agents

Hand a coding agent one token. It pulls Ready stories through the API, builds them, and reports progress back on each story — no other keys required.

Your data, synced

Delivery Loop keeps its own canonical copy of every story and syncs it to Azure DevOps both ways. Run without ADO, or keep both in lock-step — you stay portable.

Team & multi-org

Invite reviewers by email, scoped to the projects they should see. Run many orgs, each with its own keys — or let members bring their own for true attribution.

How it works

From signal to shipped

Connect

Add your org and a feedback source — a Teams channel, a support inbox, docs, or in-app. Bring your own keys, or let an agent set it up from your repo.

Prioritize

AI turns everything into scored, estimated stories and asks questions on the fuzzy ones. You work the pending queue — answer, set priority, and move on.

Ship

Hand Ready work to a coding agent. It builds, updates the board, and reports back live — synced to Azure DevOps the whole way.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need Azure DevOps to use Delivery Loop?

No. Delivery Loop keeps its own canonical copy of every story, so you can run a project entirely in the hub. When Azure DevOps is connected, we import your existing stories and keep the two in sync — you always own the data and stay portable.

Do I have to bring my own AI key?

No. The platform LLM covers you within a monthly free cap on every plan. Bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic key for unlimited usage — it's never capped.

How do coding agents fit in?

You hand a token to a coding agent. With only that token it signs up or connects from your repo, pulls Ready stories through our API, builds them, and reports progress back on each story — no other keys needed.

Can I invite teammates to review feedback?

Yes. Invite people by email as reviewers, scoped to specific projects. They get a secure one-time link, their own credentials, and a focused view to review and answer feedback — a project invite includes org access automatically.

Is my data locked in?

Never. Your canonical data is exportable as JSON or CSV any time, and syncs to Azure DevOps so it lives where your team already works.

Connect your codebase in one line.

Grab a token in the app, drop it in your repo's .env, and an agent steps you through the rest — signup, keys, and your first backlog.
